Detailed Product Description:

An orange crystalline solid in the form of granules.  Soluble in water. 

Becomes chromic acid when dissolved in water.

Commonly used in electroplating baths for chrome plating, aluminum

anodizing, metal cleaning, ceramic glazes, etchants for plastics.

Precautions:

Read and understand all precautions in the material safety data sheet

before use of this substance.  This is a strong oxidizing agent.  May

explode on contact with organic materials.  Toxic by ingestion. 

Possible human carcinogen.
