Detailed Product Description:

Hysol EA 9321 is a two-part thixotropic paste adhesive formulated to

exhibit toughness and retain strength at elevated temperatures, yet retain

the convenience of a room temperature cure. 

General Use Parameters:

Mix ratio by weight:                                             100 parts “A” to 50 parts “B”

Mix ratio by volume:                                            not recommended

Working life (pot life):                                         40 minutes.

Fixturing time:                                                       24 hours

Cure time (full strength):                                     5 days (at 77ºF)

                                                                                1 hour (at 180ºF)

Coefficient of thermal expansion:                      102 ppm/ºC

Recommended bond line thickness:                 n/a

Typical Overlap Shear Strength:                       4000 psi   (after 7 day cure)

Application Notes:

Follow manufacturer’s recommendations for surface preparation. 

Proper surface preparation is absolutely critical to achieve full rated

strength values.
