Detailed Product Description:

ULSI Grade solvent, minimum 99.9% purity.  A colorless flammable liquid. 

Soluble in water, alcohol and ether.  Commonly used as a general solvent

for surface cleaning in cleanrooms.

Precautions:

Flammable, dangerous fire risk, explosive limits in air range from 2 to 12%.

Toxic by ingestion and inhalation with a TLV = 400 ppm

Packaging:

Comes packed in 16 ounce virgin polyethylene bottle with twist-open top.

Heat-sealed in cleanroom certified polyethylene bag.
