Air Shipment Notes:

Most of the products in our inventory are considered “Dangerous Goods” for air shipment purposes.  While you will find that ground shipment via FedEx is actually very economical, the air shipment charges (FedEx Overnight Priority, Standard Overnight, Express Saver) calculated, where applicable, will necessarily include an additional $75 over and above shipment costs to cover the dangerous goods fee levied on us by the shipping companies and the special packaging/labeling/documentation to meet IATA (International Air Transport Authority) requirements.

Material Quality:

We use only the highest quality raw materials from the major chemical manufacturers in the United States and Europe.  Chemical analyses and essays are available for high-purity generic chemicals on request.

Warranty:

Since we have no control over the end use for any of our products, our warranty is limited to the replacement of any chemical that we may deem contaminated or beyond its acceptable shelf life.  Any such replacement shall be solely at our discretion.

Safety & Liability:

You must be at least 21 years old to order these chemicals and should possess appropriate knowledge regarding toxicity, health hazards, and all regulations required to store, use and dispose of these compounds. 

No warranties are expressed or implied for any reason by the seller.  The purchaser agrees to hold harmless the seller in any event of accident or injury regarding the use or misuse of these compounds.

The user is urged to read and understand the applicable MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for each chemical he is considering and to follow the precautions indicated before any chemical is used.

Re-Stocking Charges:

Please double check your order before pressing the "Place Order" button.  There will be a 50% re-stocking charge for the return of refused shipments.

Precursors:

Some of the compounds we offer can be used as precursors in the creation of known dangerous substances.  The resulting possible compounds may fall into one of the following three categories:

• Explosives

   

• Toxic Agents (nerve agents, toxins, etc.)

   

• Controlled Substances (narcotics, hallucinogens, etc.)

   

The nature of the potential ramifications of the use of some of these substances requires that we annotate in their descriptions a possible requirement for further documentation from you for order fulfillment (e.g. a valid driver’s license).  We regret this inconvenience, but we are sure you can understand and appreciate our need for caution.
