Detailed Product Description:

This specific formulation is 7.9% peroxide placing it just under

the 8% threshold that defines “Dangerous Goods” for air

shipment.  It is, therefore, “non-regulated” thus avoiding the

additional dangerous goods air shipment fee and the associated

special documentation.

Physical Characteristics:

Colorless liquid.  Odorless.  Soluble in water and alcohol.

Commonly used in bleaching and deodorizing of textiles, and

as a constituent in cleaning agents in the semiconductor industry.

Sometimes used as a substitute for chlorine in water and sewage

treatment as an effective disinfectant.

Precautions:

Mild oxidizing agent at this concentration.  Not considered

“Dangerous Goods” for air shipment at this concentration (<8%). 

Can be irritating to skin and tissue.
