Detailed Product Description:
A mixture comprised of Hydrochloric acid, Copper (II) Chloride, and
water, used by metallographers or forensic scientists for etching away
ferrous metals including cast iron.
Applications:
Most commonly used for visual recovery of ground off stamped serial
numbers on cast iron or steel engine or firearms parts.
Precautions:
Read and understand all precautions stated in Material Safety Data
Sheet. Strong irritant to eyes and skin. Toxic by ingestion and inhalation.
Corrosive to skin and mucous membranes.
