Colorless, odorless crystalline powder.  Soluble in water and ether.

Slightly soluble in alcohol.

Most often used as a buffer in acidic electroplating baths.  Also

a food additive, dehydrating agent and a laboratory reagent.

Grade/Purity:

This is ACS Reagent grade, anhydrous with a minimum purity of 99.0%.

Precautions:

May cause irritation to skin, eyes, and respiratory tract.  Combustible.
